I want you to feel confident when purchasing my artwork. Because original paintings are one of a kind and prints are made specifically for each order, please review the artwork photographs, dimensions, print size, and product description carefully before completing your purchase.

Original Artwork

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all original artwork sales are final and returns for change of mind are not accepted.

If your original arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can work with you to resolve the issue.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced specifically for each order. Because they are made to order, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer selection errors are not accepted.

Please carefully review the available dimensions before ordering.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me with photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact me as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed, I will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Because original paintings are one of a kind, an identical replacement of an original artwork may not be possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible after placing it.

Original artwork may be eligible for cancellation if packaging and shipment preparation have not begun.

Print orders enter production through my fulfillment partner, so cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund has been issued will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error with your order or another circumstance where a refund of shipping is appropriate.
