Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my work. Every original painting is packaged by me with care, and I want your artwork to arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are packaged and shipped directly from my studio in Louisiana.

Please allow 3–5 business days for me to carefully prepare and package your artwork before shipment. Larger pieces may require additional preparation time due to their size and packaging needs.

Once shipped, estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping rates are based on the size and packaging requirements of each artwork and will be shown at checkout.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are made to order and professionally fulfilled by a third-party printing partner.

Because each print is produced after your order is placed, production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the size ordered, production time, destination, and carrier.

If your order contains both an original painting and a print, they will be fulfilled separately and may arrive at different times.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances can occasionally affect estimated delivery dates.

If your tracking appears unusually delayed or you believe your package may be lost, please contact me and I will help determine the appropriate next steps.
